Not sure of my choice in identifying balance

I found nothing to identify in reference to name, number or any markings on balance. All are like this. I am counting on your experts.

Hello there. It looks like you have either an S380-23 or S385-23. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best.

You will have to choose a stamp option, which denotes the strength of the balance. Since your old balances have no visible stamps, we advise that you weigh your window sash. Match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the balance shop page.
