The part pulls the square channel balance down and holds it in place in the aluminum window. The piece measures 1 1/2 inches x 3/4 inches at the widest part; narrow end is 1/2 inch.
I didn't try to take the piece out asi didn't want to risk breaking another one.
Do you have a replacement part or work around?
