Not sure what i need to make this a key lock.

Thanks for posting. Since this whole handle set looks pretty dinged up I'd replace the whole thing with the keyed 82-081, which should work with this door and mortise lock. Let us know if you have further questions.

Unfortunately the 82-086 is not compatible with this setup. The 82-081 is the only handle set we carry that works with this mortise lock. Apologies for any inconvenience.
