Not sure what pivot shoe this is

A quick learner says:
It looks like it is 5/8 but I don't see anything about width. Is width pretty standard ?

These shoes are not standard, no. They're all usually pretty specific. I also don't believe the 15-047 would work since the style is so different.

Consider instead our 15-188. This looks much closer in terms of design, but it's only 1/2" thick. I recommend triple checking that dimension just to be sure. I've never seen a version of this shoe in 5/8" before.
