I have two different size windows I need to order parts for.
The one in the picture with the white tip is 17 inches.
Another window has a red tip and is 25 inches
Please help me get the correct spiral balance.

I'm not sure what series I need to order.

Is this for a tilt window? Also, can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? I suspect is it 5/8". If so, I recommend our Series 600 spiral balance. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the proper color tip option.
