Latch with the lever broken off. This one is for a righthand opening window, but I also need the information for a lefthand opending. Thanks!

I recommend you take a look at the 38-096 and 38-139 locks. Review the dimensions, especially the projection of the fork, to see if one matches up. These parts are also non-handed so they can be flipped to be used on either the left or right side.
