Thanks for the photos. This handle set appears to be our 82-089 Legacy Handle Set. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll want to confirm the dimensions for the distance between the installation holes as well as the position of the thumb latch. There is a keyed version of the handle set as well, part 82-086.
Let me know if the position of the thumb latch is not offset as indicated below.
The compatible internal mortise lock appears to be the 82-218. Again, compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit for your customer's door.
