Could you remove a complete roller assembly and show us some photos? Written-out dimensions would be a great help as well.

Unfortunately I think getting this door out may be harder than most. I was hoping that you might be able to look at a part list for the door so I can have the part in hand when I remove the door and minimize the time that there's an open door. Do you have experience with this model, Novetech Discretion?
Unfortunately, we aren't familiar with this brand of door or the hardware it may use. Seeing the roller removed from the door is the only way for us to confirm if we have a match or not. I truly wish there were an easier way.
