Also need small white plastic rubs on the bottom of frames which slide In the channel

These look like either our S380-23 or S385-23. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2230.

I'm not quite sure what the plastic part you're referring to is; can you show me a picture? Many thanks.
