I'm not sure what this is. Can you describe to me its function? Could you also show me what one looks like installed? If it broke out of something, perhaps a larger housing, we may be able to replace that, instead.

Heelo Paul,
It is located at the bottom on either side. It mounts in a "nylon" insert. The bottom of the balance rod hooks into it. Next time I'm at the remodel, I'll shoot a photo of one that is intact and in position and forward it.
Thank you!

Thanks! I figured that's what it was. This is a clip located inside the pivot lock shoe. They are not available alone, but you can replace the shoe itself. See our selection of pivot lock shoes and let me know if anything here is a match. Otherwise, I will wait for your pictures. Please also be sure to give me the width and thickness of the shoe. Finally, if you can show us what it looks like fully removed from the window, that would be a huge help.

You are spot on in your assessment. I must say that the service from this company is second to none at any price point but considering the potential sale involved here I can see that your company truly puts the customer first. Thank you very much.
I hope to remove the pivot lock shoe sometime today and find it's replacement. Cheers!

Hello Paul, Here are three photos of the pivot lock shoe I need. I did not see one in the link you provided. Do you think you have it? Thank you, Brett
