Hello. Take a look at our Series 385 channel balance. I believe this is a match for your hardware.

thanks for your reply. the recommend Series 385 looks like the right channel balance for me. I have two questions would you know which Option would be right for my 50in X 36in single pane window sash or should I remove pane and get weight from home scale?
and are these channels the same for right & left?

I recommend weighing your sash to determine the right option. You can do this by removing the sash from the window and placing it on a scale. We have a chart on the S385-35 store page that shows each option and how much weight they can support. All you have to do is cross-reference your sash weight with that chart.
