NuAir Single Hung Window

Need to repair an inoperative NuAir Brand single hung 900 Series window. I does not raise and lower easy and swing in or out easily. I note what appears to be a spiral spring embedded within the side panes. Its appears bend or simply out of its track. Seeking replacement part and instructions for replacement--preferably a video. Photos attached.

It definitely looks like you need a new spiral balance, but I can't determine what you have based on these photos. We'll need more specific details.
To start, can you show me a clear picture of the bottom end of the spiral rod? I need some idea of how it attaches to the sash. Can you also tell me the diameter of the balance's outer tube? It's important to be as precise as possible when measuring this. Finally, can you tell me if this is a tilt or non-tilt window?
