Good Afternoon Sir/Ma'am:
I have 2005 NuAir Windows, where the left side channel balance needs repairing/replacing. Essentially, it has slipped down and doesn't move back up when raising the window. Yes, the window still opens and closes and it can be secured.
Respectfully, I'm thinking the clip has broken off, causing the balance to slip down. Since I'm looking for the quickest and easiest repair method, I suspect replacing the entire balance would be best. The identifying code is: 34-9 BA CMC 4. The size of the window is 36" (H) x 50" (W).
Thanking you in advance, Keith

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring. Our service requires clear and unobstructed photos of the hardware in question at minimum.
In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.
