Nuair window balance

Thank you for writing in. Take a look at both our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balances. These appear identical with the exception of the bottom balance shoe. The bottom balance shoe for the Series 380 measures 1" and for the Series 385 it measures 1-3/32". Measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe like in the diagram below to decide which balance would make the better match.

As for the stamping, does it read "29 5"? I am having a little bit of a hard time reading it.
