Most Nuair windows use our Series 385 channel balance which features the 19-005 top balance fitting and 15-004 (1-3/32" depth) bottom balance shoe.
The balance stamp you provided only describes the length and strength of the balance. After you confirm that your balance matches our Series 385 you would order S385-35 with the option 3460.
If you need help confirming that the Series 385 in indeed your balance, please submit a couple more photos of both the top and bottom attachments of your existing balance.
