Number on Key is 23124

Question

Hi,

I had ordered the blank key from you but it was backwards compared to the customer's key so it was unable to be cut. Are you able to get me a key with the 23124 code?

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a different key blank. This is the closest replacement match we have to the one your customer has.

You may need to consider replacing the key lock or the entire handle set. I'm happy to take a loot into what some of your replacement options might be but I'll need to see a photo of the existing handle set.
