Number on balancers 2940. BSI also plastic clips that mount on top

Question

Window brand. Norandex.  Clips have broken on all windows allowing balancers to pop up on side track of windows. I am not referring to clips attached to balancers. Do I need to replace balancers that appear to be fine and just reinstall with new clips as shown in photo?

Thanks for reaching out! Your balance will be either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them, so all you have to do is measure yours and refer to our dimensions to confirm.

As for the top sash guide, I'm convinced that our 18-161 will work well as a replacement. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
