Question

Only markings found were the numbers 3220 cc B.S.I.   they are 33inches long, 1/2" wide,  and almost 5/8 deep

Thanks for posting. It appears the top attachment lacks 'wings', or side tabs, while the bottom attachment has them. Is that accurate? If so, see the S350-33 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 3220.
