The sash lock resembles our 90-042. As for the keeper, I am afraid we do not recognize it off-hand. If you could write out the exact distance between the center of the screw holes, as well as the height of the keeper, that would help us determine if a possible replacement is available. Thank you!

Great. We'll start researching this and we'll follow up with you early next week to confirm if we are able to locate a possible match.
Unfortunately, we were unable to find your exact keeper. We offer the 90-112 keeper that is 3/4" high, with installation holes 2" apart, but the holes may be adjusted to work for 2-1/16". The thickness of the keeper is 7/16". We also have Keeper shims, 90-058, with 2-1/16" screw holes. Take a look and see if you might be able to adapt something like this to work for your repair.
