To start, please double check the length of the metal channel of your balances. If they are truly 24-1/2", these will need to be a custom assembly. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
Also, please confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. It should either 1" or 1-1/8". Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

Your corner key was our 95-185. Unfortunately the manufacturer went out of business and the part is no longer available. You might be able to use the 95-182 top tilt pivot. Although, you may need to make some modifications to install it. Take a look and see what you think.
