Nuprime Window parts

Hello, searching for parts for nuprime windows the block and tackle are 1620 on two Windows that measure about 3x3 feet and do not know the block and tackle number on the third one that measures about 3feet wide and 4feet tall. Also, need three locks with a center to center hole of 1 1/4 inches

I'm afraid I cannot identify your hardware based on this information. I will need you to remove each part from the window and take a few pictures of them for us to see. For the balance, make sure to include pictures of its top and bottom. Thanks!

Have submitted 3 photos showing parts I believe I need to repair 3 nuprime windows two with #1620 block& Tackel other with 2230, would appreciate info on what you think we may also need to fix... plan the order new lock,for broken one, and a few extra locks, also wondered if we need extra plastic caps as pictured, and if you think these parts may be around in future if any more break? thank you so much

Thank you! The lock resembles our 90-042, while the top sash guide looks like our 18-110. The balance that Nuprime has used in the past is our Series 350 channel balance. Does that look good to you? See our S350-17 with a 1620 option and our S350-23 with 2230 option. We have a large quantity in stock.

Want to thank Paul for taking the time to suggest the correct parts. We are not especially handy, but with Paul, and swisco utubes help we were able to successfully able to repair our Windows with the parts we ordered from swisco. Shipping was also fast for the parts. We would like to thank all involved for an all around excellent experience.
