Nuprime window replaement parts

A home owner from San Francisco says:
I have a house full of these same nuprime windows. And I finally have the time to do some repairing. LOTS of them have parts that need replacing. And there's one window with a cracked pane.

I spent a while this morning unsuccessfully trying to remove a window.

It was very easy to pop out the clips at the top of the window frame. After the clips were popped open, it, um, loosened the balancers on both sides, as it should. I pulled out one balancer, which was not hard. But I was still not able to remove the window. And now I'm having a hard time getting the balancer back into the window.

In short, is there a video, directions, or an explanation you can give me for removing these old nuprime aluminum windows, replacing balancers, and such.

I ordered a dozen blocks nuprime from you guys a while back and they showed up quickly and were exactly as advertised.

I'm extraordinarily grateful that you guys exist and are so helpful. :-)

With gratitude,
Julian

Thanks, hopefully we can help! It's difficult to say for sure, but you may have our Series 390 channel balance. Look it over and tell me if you agree. As for removing the balance and window sash, you're definitely on the right track. See our video below.
