Many thanks for your post. You are showing the old style Slimfold doors. Slimfold has replaced this hardware with newer-style pins that will work with your old doors. For your replacements, you will need one 21-001A bottom corner adjusting pin. The 21-001A pin uses a pivot rod clamp like the 21-154. The other three pins will be the 21-007, one for the top pivot and the other two for the top and bottom guide pins. There no need for the rod clamps for these three pins. All the door adjustments are done by the bottom pivot pin with the 21-001A to square up and operate the door. Let us know if you have further questions.
