Nylon (plastic) shoe(need 4) or full hardware package.

Question

Hello,

I could use the entire hardware package but the priority part is the nylon (plastic) shoe at the end of the rope. I need four units.

Could you please identify the parts and the replacement parts for them.

Attached are photo of hardware. Here is some basic info: Window channel is roughly 1 1/4' deep (wide).
The entire unit (hardware) consists of 1" mounting bracket, 6" spring (not including hook at top), 1 1/2" plastic fitting in middle, 17 1/4" long grey plastic tube inside spring, string to shoe length is 23", shoe is 1/2" wide (thick) by 1 1/4" deep.

I'm afraid the nylon piece you're looking for is not sold separately, unfortunately. You would need an all new balance which would be our Series 775. You'll just need to measure the bottom nylon wedge and weigh your window sash to choose the appropriate spring strength option. There's a chart on the S775's product page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
