Nylon roller wheel for center under mount drawer slide

This is the one I need. I didn't get a dimension but I will... any thoughts on what part this is? Its from late 1970s apartment cabinetry.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the track wheel shown in your photos. Our best options would be to see if you can install the 32-053 track kit to replace the necessary hardware. Review the installation video below and see what you think. Thanks for posting.
