Nylon torque bar bearing

Question

This item looks to be about 1 3/8ths of an inch long and 1/2" wide. The left side I'd broken off, hole in top is 1/4". Circular bottom part has a hole in the center and a slit on the sides, looks to be square possibly in the back? Need to know what it is called to order more for some small jalousie windows, these would be connected to a gear box in the middle of the window.
