The back of the balance channel has: "28 1/4 CK Caldwell"n it.
Kathleen thinks it is a Series 351.

We appreciate all the detailed information you provided. Unfortunately, these left and right top sash guides have been discontinued and have since replaced it with the 18-066. Confirm our measurements match up to yours. You mentioned the Series 351 channel balance. Are you looking to replace your current balance as well?
