Hello,

Can you please guide me on the window latch and lock that got broken.

Appreciate if you can let me know the part number that needs to be ordered.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you're looking for a new window operator and casement lock. Can you remove both from the window and show us some photos? That will allow me to narrow down some options.

Hello Emily,

Thanks for your quick response. I am not able to remove this from the window (not very handy). I tried to show the broken piece and also am attaching the label for the window. If you provide me an email I can also try to send a movie of this issue, so the broken piece is better visible.

Thank you very much for getting back to me! This is a huge help. Our 39-325 looks like it's a match. We also sell the 39-534 sash bracket but you can re-use your old one if it's in good shape. The 39-232 is the compatible handle. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Thank you and appreciate the guidance.

One additional question: I am selecting the ROTO folding crank handle with dark brown color, but the X-drive split arm Roto operator looks white in color.

Do you know if there is a cover for the X-drive split arm roto operator and appreciate if you can share the part number as well.

We don't sell a cover for the 39-325 and I'm afraid we only offer it in white. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
