For the handle set, see if the 82-086 or 82-089 matches up dimension-wise. For the rollers, I can't say for sure without seeing them out of the door. This hardware is too generic across brands to be more specific without visual ID. Some Oldcastle doors have used the 81-248 Traco Rollers, but this is far from a guarantee.
