I have maybe 5 identical windows where the crank handle doesn't stay seated in window frame. The grey metal connecting bolt between the crank and window assembly appears to be a hex shaft with ball spring on one of the sides to slide into the window assembly. This is severely worn down and does not stay seated. The other end of the same connecting head appears threaded into the crank with thread glue. Using wrenches and pliers, I cannot remove the connecting head from the hand crank.
What do you suggest?

Hello, Brad. Please look at our 39-226 OKNA folding handle and let me know if that could work.
