Hello,
It looks like you may have Roto operator parts installed in your window. Your handle resembles the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle with an 11/32" spline. Take a look and confirm the specifications match your original part. Thank you!

The sought handle is an OP06-1526, from Roto, is discontinued. The knob on the end of it does not flare out like the one suggested, and it is a bit shorter in overall length (about 4-3/8" to 4-7/16"). The extra length on the suggested replacement may help counter the extra flare on the knob on the end that makes it not lay down in the tray of the drive assembly as well as the original. While I did manage to obtain an original from old stock from the window mfg, it was a massive ordeal, taking eight (8) months and countless calls, emails, shipments of the wrong parts, etc. The one suggested here is likely the closest you'll ever get, and is what I would have bought if I'd known then what I know now, or if I had to do it again.
