THIS WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED IN 2002. THE CRANK HANDLE AND COVER ARE FINE. T'HE CRANK ITSELF MEASURES A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN 3" IN THE FRONT OF THE CRANK. THE WINDOW CURRENTLY OPENS TO THE RIGHT. PART 39-264 SEEMS TO MATCH THE CLOSEST WITH THE OTHER DIMENSIONS.

Thanks for posting. If the 39-264 dimensions match your old operator, than I agree 39-264 is your best match. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-152 and 39-267.
