Octagon awning hinges

Question

Looking for hinges to open close octagon awning type window the ones I have have the name Wright on them window is old  it's an arm with two brackets on the ends one to frame one to sash with a center bolt to adjust tension , in other words it's two arms about 4 3/8 " each . Sort of like a toy box hinge. Would appreciate any help.
