Office building casement cranks

A quick learner from Bensalem, PA says:
I was wondering if you might be able to identify our casement window crank operators if I were to send in several photos. We have an office building with around ten windows most of which have malfunctioning cranks that need replacing.
Thanks,
Jay

Good morning, and thank you for posting in our Discussion Board! It's hard to tell exactly what operator this is without seeing it removed from the window, but I can tell that its brand is Pella. Take a look at our 39-176 Sash Crank Operator and compare it to your hardware. Could this be what you're looking for? You may also want to look through our Pella Casement Operator Selection.
