Offset bulb T-slot weather stripping

The weather stripping at the base of our windows is falling apart and I need help identifying the vinyl weather stripping for our windows. I do not know what make/model windows we have. They are original windows and would have been installed in approximately 2001/2002.

The photos I uploaded includes specific measurements and photos of the part but let me know if you need any additional information. Once identified, and if you carry this weather stripping, could you email me the best way to order the product. I will need to order 35 feet.
