Oil window rollers with metal wheel?

A quick learner from New Jersey says:

Hi, just replaced the rollers on our sliding window, model number is 87-006A. It has a metal housing with a metal concave wheel. Does this type of roller need to be oiled, and if so, what should I use? WD-40? Mineral oil?

Thanks for posting! Lubrication certainly can't hurt. I recommend that you use 3-In-One Oil.
