Single Hung Non Tilt Traco window system, need 2 balancers compatible with this system resembling the attached photos, no markings on hardware, also missing the hook pin on one of the windows

I suspect that we can supply the balances that you need but it would need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need you to confirm the length of the metal balance channel, not including the end fittings. We'll also need to see the stamp code on your balance to determine the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
