Hi! I have a few old windows that is using old BSI window balance. I need to replace them but I am having trouble identifying the best part. Here are the specs:
1. Smaller one:
The metal parts length are 10 5/8 inch. The total length, including the both plastic side, is 12 inch. The number engraved are "10 2 B.S.I. OK"

2. The bigger one

The metal parts length are 25 5/8 inch. The total length, including the both plastic side, is 27 inch. The number engraved are "25 3 B.S.I. OK"

Can I get some help identify the best replacement part? Thanks in advance!

We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance. I need a bit more information before we can continue. To start, can you tell me how many of each size you need? We require an exact count. Once I have that, I'll check on their availability and we can get the ball rolling.

Thanks! We need 2 for the small one ("10 2 B.S.I. OK"). And four for the longer one ("25 3 B.S.I. OK")

Great, thank you! So, I just checked on availability and your exact model balances are actually not made anymore. The manufacturer very recently discontinued production. But don't worry, the good news is they have a modern balance that works in all the same applications no problem. I'm only telling you this because the design is a little different and I didn't want you to be surprised when you opened the box.

I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add 2 of the 10-2 and 4 of the 25-3 to your cart. You can then checkout as normal. The expected lead time for both sizes is approximately 5-6 business weeks.
