Hello,
It looks like your window uses 4-bar hinges. You're welcome to look through our selection here, depending on the length of the base that attaches to the window sill. As for the operator, we would need to see an intact version, including the arms that connect the operator base to the sash, to narrow down your options. Please also include additional photos of the operator base showing how it is attached to the window frame. Thank you!

Our closest options would be the (14") 36-023 or (16") 36-024. The 14" hinges appear to be closer to your measurement. If you decide to give them a try, make sure to replace both the top and bottom hinges.
