Old IWC double hung pivot.

Question

Need a retrofitted pivot that will work. Hate to have to replace the whole window for a pivot. Up above you can see the pivot I need along with the existing shoe that the pivot goes into.

Hello there! The 26-369, 26-400, and 26-412 come to mind. These are "flared" and similar to your old pivot bar. Review the specifications and see if any match what you're searching for.
