Here are pictures of the hinge.

Measures 2 1/8 in. fully extended, 1 5/8 in. closed and 1 5/8 in. wide.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement for this hinge. We've seen it a few times in the past but we were never able to track down a match, unfortunately.
