Old Monarch Vinyl Dbl Hung Pivot

Question

Hi, 2014 Monarch-now Windsor windows, double hung vinyl window, need to replace the T- pivot.  3" long, 9/32" or 5/16" thick and 3/8" wide.  Two holes, 1st hole at 1-1/2" from top.  2nd hole at 2-3/8" from top.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  Jonathan
