I would like to get replacement handles with key on exterior. No model or serial number on glass. Would not have to match existing thru holes. I can drill new ones.

The mortise lock itself looks like our 82-218, just with a different face plate. In that case, any of our 3-15/16" handle sets like the 82-030 or 82-035 could work with this door. You would just indeed likely have to drill new holes to mount them.

Do either of these models come with a keyed exterior handle? That is what I need.

Each handle set Bob mentioned uses its own type of key lock, sold separately. The 82-035 uses the 82-315 while the 82-030 uses the 82-310.
