Old Pella windows, casement, arm comes off track

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Do you offer replacement parts for this 1976 pella casement window. I think the track and shoe may need to be replaced. Thoughts?

We sell a few of the parts still, though not everything. Starting with the operator, see our 39-175. We also sell the 39-176 for the opposite side, if you needed that, and the 39-109B handle. The covers are unfortunately discontinued and no longer available to us, so you will have to reuse the originals.

The hinge might be hard to get a hold of. We do carry a few older Pella hinges, but our selection is limited. See our 39-351 and 39-352, 39-394 and 39-395, and finally our 39-396 and 39-397. Each pair mentioned are sold separately, but come in Left and Right hand sides.

I cannot guarantee that any of these products will work for your old window but they are the only Pella hinges we have available. Look them over and see what you think.
