Old Slimfold Model E bi-fold closet door replacement parts

A home owner from Fair Oaks, CA says:
We have a mirrored slimfold model E door going into a small walk-in closet. The bottom inside pin constantly shifts in toward the closet edge, making it nearly impossible to get the door opened or closed.

Not sure what parts we need. Am reasonably sure we need new bottom pivot pin and possibly new track. The plastic cap is missing from the bottom inside pin and top track is clearly malformed about 3 inches from final closed position.
Our track measures 29-1/2 inches and when door is closed it's 29-3/8 inches.
Parts and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

HI, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we don't carry a 29-1/2" track. Our 21-401 is 35-1/2" and you can easily cut it down with a hacksaw. The bottom threaded pin would be 21-001. This pin controls the movement and squareness of the doors. The other three guide pins would be 21-007. You might want to start out fresh in repairing this door, so replace the top and bottom track and all the door pins. Save the good parts for the other door repairs. Let us know how everything works out.
