It's hard to recommend a match based on this picture, as I can only see your bottom shoe. You may have our S395-33, but you will have to carefully compare your hardware to our pictures to confirm. Can you also tell me the weight of your sash? I think it might be 38 pounds, but you should check that just to be sure. If it is, I recommend our 3265 option.
