Old Vinyl Window Pile

Question

These are Window Products Inc aka Cascade Windows of Spokane horizontally sliding windows manufactured in 1994.  The construction does not seem to lend it self to sliding out.  The fours bodersbof the windows seem to prevent this.  How can it be replaced?

If there is no opening in the corner of the frame to remove your wool pile, you would need to make one in order to replace the weatherstripping. Take a look at the video below that shows the cut out process that we recommended in situations like yours. Thank you!
