Old Vinyl windows (2) springs and other things broke

A good you tube video guided me - I could use some help identifying the parts I need for these windows.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Starting with the tilt latch, the 26-408 comes to mind. Take a look and see if the specifications match up with an undamaged version of your old latch

Can you remove the window and show us a photo of the pivot shoe? If we can ID that, it will tell us the compatible coil balances.

Thanks for prompt response - attached please find a picture of one of the broken spring loaded sliders in the track.

Thank you for the additional photo! This looks like the 15-087 shoe which uses the Series 180 coil springs. Since your old shoe is stamped with 8, see the S180-08 8-pound spring. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
