Old Window

Question

Hi there !
After looking some of your videos I realize that ,I need to replace some Channels balance from old windows ,they are dated AUG 03 1983.
The # that shows in the side of the channel is 2830
Attached some pictures from the window parts.
Can someone help me identified what kind I need to order ?

Hi, Gaby! You have the old discontinued Capitol 800 Series window. The metal top sash guide is our 18-013, and the window balance should be our S370-29 with a spring weight option of "2830." Let me know if you'd like to verify those numbers; we can go over it together.
