Old Window Balance and Pivot Shoes

Question

Good afternoon, can you tell what pieces I need to.  Balance: (4) 23" and (2) 28" in length, red in color.  What are would apropraite pivot shoes.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Depending on the diameter of the outer tube, take a look at the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600. Note that the length is determined by measuring only the outer tube. Review the specifications and see what you think.

We're happy to ID the pivot shoe, but we'll need to see an undamaged version removed from the window sash, along with the written-out thickness and width.
